Carer Guide

The Carer Guide app is a companion to the Practical Guide for Working with Carers of People with a Mental Illness.

The Carer Guide app self-assessment will support service providers to work with families and carers in a meaningful, mutually beneficial way, and support a partnership approach which will enhance outcomes for consumers, and support families and carers in their caring role.

The underpinning principle is that carers are equal partners in care.
